Qualified solutions increase access to affordable, remote care for vulnerable populations, such as chronic care management, telestroke services, tele-ICU tools, e-visits, pharmacy services, diagnostic screening, remote patient monitoring, telepsychiatry, and opioid addiction care.

AGING IN PLACE

Aging In Place solutions use innovative technology to address health and safety issues faced by our senior population, such as, but not limited to: incontinence, UTIs, medication management and adherence, elopement, and wound care.

Relationship Facilitation

Upward Startups gain access to structured sessions with Challenge Partners, designed to identify and explore the most viable use cases and/ or proofs of concept as a basis for commercialization.

Support

Upward provides guidance, templates, and trainings for use case/POC creation, i.e. overall design, key outcomes, installation planning, and measurement of Partner KPIs. We coordinate partner feedback and key issue resolution.

Physical

Location

Upon coming to a city to launch challenge partnerships, startups are provided with inspiring workspace and living accommodations in a prime location for accessing localized POC locations, clients, and co-development partners.

Access

After the first successful challenge with an Enterprise Partner, Upward continues to foster new relationships between our Network Startups and a vast roster of Enterprise and Advisory Partners across the U.S.

  • Validation

    A product that has already been tested and validated in the market.

  • Investment

    Companies that received investments of at least $500,000.
